At Scrubs.com, we take pride behind our quality workmanship. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your return of merchandise that is in new condition (not used, unworn and unwashed). You may send it back within 30 days for an exchange, store credit or credit card refund.

The following items are Non Refundable. Please refer to the Return & Exchange Policy for detailed information: final sale, damaged, engraved, embroidered, hemmed, customized or altered items.
For hygienic purposes, federal law prohibits return of personal items including: undergarments & socks once they have been tried on or worn. We will considered open package on such items as tried on or worn.

ORDER STATUS
Our super crew works hard to process your orders Monday through Friday in the order they are received. Orders placed after 1:00PM PST (Mon-Thurs) and 12:00pm PST (Fri) will processed the next business day.

Express shipping is available for an additional charge.

SHIPPING EXCEPTIONS

Customized: Embroidered, Hemmed, Engraved or Altered Items
These items are usually shipped within 5-7 business days. Please contact customer service at 1.888.880.0088 for shipping time frames on customized items shipped internationally.

Special Orders
Certain restricted items cannot be shipped to international addresses. International customers will be notified of these items via email.

Gift Certificates
Shopping for others can be a snap with Green Scrubs Gift Certificates. Available in any denomination, our gift certificates can be sent to anyone anywhere.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Return & Exchange Policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your return of merchandise that is in new condition (not used, unworn and unwashed) within 30 days. Merchandise submitted for returns must be accompanied by the original packing slip in order for Scrubs.com to accept it. Returned merchandise should include the original vendor packaging and tags/labels and be in the same condition as when it was received. Used, worn, washed or defective merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged unless it arrived in a defective condition. A pickup and/or restock fee may apply. Shipping charges are non refundable.

Non Refundable or Exchangeable Items
We regret to inform you of a few items that are non refundable: Damaged, Engraved, Embroidered, Hemmed, Customized or Altered items. Shipping charges are non refundable. Final Sale merchandise are non refundable.

1) Merchandise submitted for returns must be accompanied by the original packing slip in order for Scrubs.com to accept it. Returned merchandise should include the original vendor packaging and tags/labels and be in the same condition as when it was received.
2) Please note the reason(s) for return and whether you wish to exchange the item(s) or receive a credit/refund (depending on the original form of payment).
3) Merchandise returned with no information (original packing slip, original vendor packaging and tags/labels, reason for return/exchange) will not be credited or refunded. These items will not be shipped back to the customer at the company's expense.

For credit card refunds, please indicate the specific card number you would like to receive your refund. For your privacy and security, this information is not stored in our systems.
