Do you ship to my country?
 


Shipping is available to most international countries.

During checkout, we will ask for your shipping address details, including country. Scrubs.com ships to all countries included in the drop down menu. If your country is not listed in the drop down menu unfortunately, we are unable to ship to your country at this time.

What are my payment choices?
 


During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you.

What are my shipping charges?
 


Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. We will ship your order shortly after we receive payment from you.

How do I return or exchange an item?
 
If you have a need to consider returns and exchanges, you likely ordered a product from us. Which means we owe you a Thank You! Nothing brightens our day than a group of happy SCRUBS.com customers, and as such we promise to do our very best to deliver amazing products and customer experience.

That said, here are some things you might want to know.


Email us to receive the Return and Exchange Form:


Should you wish to return or exchange item(s) in your order, confirm it qualifies:

- Within the first 30 days after your receipt

- New with original tags attached

- No visible signs of wear or use, stains, pet hairs or perfumes


The following item(s) do not qualify for a return or exchange:

- Clearance items that are noted Final Sale

- Embroidered items

- Engraved items


Mail the merchandise back to SCRUBS.com

- Simply pack the item(s) and include the completed Return and Exchange Form. Include your name and order number to ensure expedited processing.

- Mail your return package. We recommend that you retain the return tracking number for your records.


You should expect to receive your refund in the original payment method, within 15 business days, after it arrives at our facility. This time period includes the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 days), and the time your bank processes our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
