Has my order shipped?
 


At SCRUBS.com, our team, works to process your orders Monday through Friday, in the order they are received.

Orders placed after 1 PM PST (Monday through Thursday) and 1pm PST (Friday) will be processed the next business day.


To check the status of your order, click "My Account / Order Status" at the top right of the site.

How do I make changes or cancel my order?
 


Click the
"My Account / Order Status" link at the top right of the site to view orders you have placed.

To make changes to your order, Click "Change Quantities / Cancel Orders"


Please note: Once the order is processing or has been shipped, you will be unable to makes changes.
