How do I return or exchange an item?

Should you wish to return or exchange item(s) in your order, here are some things you might want to know.


Email us to receive the Return and Exchange Form:

SCRUBS.com Return and Exchange Policy

- Within the first 30 days after your receipt

- New with original tags attached


The following item(s) does not qualify for a return or exchange:

- Clearance items that are noted Final Sale

- Custom embroidered, custom engraved or otherwise altered items

- Apparel that has visible signs of wear or use, stains, pet hairs or perfumes


Mail the item(s) back to SCRUBS.com

- Simply pack the item(s) and include the completed Return and Exchange Form. Include your name and order number to ensure expedited processing.

- Mail your return package. We recommend that you retain the return tracking number for your records.


You should expect to receive your refund in the original payment method, within 15 business days, after it arrives at our facility. This time period includes the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 days), and the time your bank processes our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
